Rupert - Irish Wolfhound

Rupert is a stunning boy, but his most noteworthy trait is his sweet gentle temperament. Rupert has settled in well with Norm and Sue. He is the perfect match for our family.

Norm - Saint Bernard

Although Norm has some health challenges, he remains a happy boy. He is engaging, affectionate, comical, and a wonderful addition to our family.

Sue - Newfoundland

Sue is a people pup and is happiest beside one of her humans. She is extremely affectionate, very obedient and eager to please.

Gideon - Irish Wolfhound (Sep-Nov 2011)

Our first Irish Wolfhound, Gideon, was born on September 8, 2011. Gideon will join our family mid-November. Until he is home with us, we will visit him weekly at Glenamadda Irish Wolfhounds.

Ollie - Landseer Newfoundland (2002-2010)

Ollie was a pleasure in every way and every day. He was exceptionally compliant, very obedient, the sweetest soul, and the happiest dog I have ever met.

Mary - Newfoundland (Re-homed 2010)

Mary's gentle demeanour and benevolent leadership had a calming effect on all. Her maternal instincts extended beyond the whelping box to anyone she felt was in need.

Elliott - Great Dane (2004-2007)

Elliott was oblivious to his mammoth size and was determined to remain a lap dog forever. He was an irresistible clown, completely self-centered, and a riot to live with.

Bob - Newfoundland (2003-2004)

Bob's inherent confidence and captivating presence were inspiring. Nothing flustered Bob. He took everything in stride. Bob loved everyone, and everyone loved Bob.

Joey - Landseer Newfoundland (1999-2004)

Joey was a soft-hearted giant. His temperament was beyond reproach, and he embodied all that is good, kind and gentle.

Webster - Landseer Newfoundland (1996-2003)

Through all of his hardships his temperament never wavered for one moment. We often tell people that Webster was a "rescue", but what we fail to explain is that he was the one who rescued us.

Our Fosters

Our foster pups may not have stayed with us for life, but they were nonetheless member of our family. Forever loved. Forever missed.
